The experience behind Rin Alaya Healthworks

Built by nurses.
Grounded in practice.

Our team brings decades of clinical nursing experience, together with management experience in sterile processing and nursing informatics.

Clinical nursing

Decades of experience in clinical areas inform our understanding of the practical needs of healthcare teams.

Sterile processing management

Management experience in sterile processing informs our focus on departmental operations, quality and professional development.

Nursing informatics

Experience in nursing informatics connects our clinical perspective with the design and use of digital tools.

Meet the founders

Two nursing perspectives.
One shared purpose.

Scottish and Saudi nursing experience, brought together by a commitment to practical healthcare technology.

Raymond Moore

Co-founder · Scottish nurse

Raymond Moore is a Scottish nurse with nearly four decades of experience across the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. His career spans renal high-dependency care, dialysis, apheresis, outpatient services and healthcare leadership, including sterile processing management and acting operating room leadership.

At Rin Alaya Healthworks, Raymond connects that clinical perspective with a passion for technology, turning everyday healthcare challenges into affordable, practical digital tools.

Hanan Al Somali

Co-founder · Saudi nurse

Hanan Al Somali is a Saudi nurse with more than two decades of experience spanning patient care, healthcare application management and nursing informatics leadership. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master’s in Healthcare Management and an MBA, she combines clinical understanding with technical and business insight.

At Rin Alaya Healthworks, Hanan focuses on connecting technology with the needs of healthcare teams, drawing on her experience in clinical systems, workflow redesign, staff training and digital transformation.

Our shared beginning

Raymond and Hanan began working together at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal Hospital in Dammam, part of the prestigious Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs hospital network. Their shared experience brought together Scottish and Saudi nursing perspectives—and inspired a common ambition: to create affordable, practical healthcare technology grounded in the realities of clinical work.

Our approach

Affordable. Practical.
Designed for everyday devices.

We are nurses with decades of experience in clinical practice, alongside management experience in sterile processing and nursing informatics. That experience shapes our aim: affordable, practical digital solutions that fit the way healthcare teams work.

Affordability with purpose

We aim to keep useful digital tools within reach of departments and individuals, with costs and requirements made clear as each product becomes available.

Practical in daily work

Focus on real tasks: recording information, understanding performance, supporting learning and improving workflows. Technology should earn its place in the working day.

More ways to access

Our direction is flexible access across computers, tablets and phones. Supported devices and installation requirements will be stated for each product; not every product is available on every device today.

The next chapter

Useful technology.
Broader access.

Rin Alaya Healthworks brings our current products and future healthcare projects together around one goal: affordable, practical solutions that fit the way people work, learn and access technology.

This portfolio site introduces our direction. Public downloads and release details will follow when products are ready.
